FAQ
FAQ
What is the focus at Junior Soccer School?
Junior Soccer School focuses on foundational development for young players, including turns, footwork, ball mastery, passing, shooting, movement, and creating space. We emphasize individual development and building strong technical habits before players transition into competitive club soccer. Our curriculum uses many of the same coaching principles and standards implemented throughout Strikers FC.
How big is each class?
Players are grouped by age and level. Coaches typically work with groups of approximately 10–15 players per session.
What is the difference between Junior Soccer School and club soccer?
Our club teams compete in structured competitive leagues, while Junior Soccer School serves as a bridge between recreational soccer and the competitive club environment. Many current Strikers FC club players began in our Soccer School program.
Where is training held?
All Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions are held in Irvine - field location is dependent on City of Irvine assignments, but all fields are located close to Irvine High School’s area.
